The Ministry of Regional Development, Republic of Bulgaria (Managing Authority) has published a list of the projects, funded under the Third Call for proposal within the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme.  Until April 1, 2014, 21 joint Bulgarian-Turkish cross border cooperation projects were funded with the total of nearly 6, 2 million Euros while over 5, 1 million Euros of them are EU contribution. 14 of the projects are investment and 7 are soft projects.

71 % of the project lead partners which receive funding under the 3rd Call are governmental institutions (local authorities, subsidiary structure of local authorities, regional authorities, governmental authorities and etc.), 19% are non-governmental institutions (chambers of commerce and other NGOs), while the rest  10 % are educational institutions.
