Updated version of the Project Implementation Manual under the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme

To the attention of the Beneficiaries with subsidy contracts under the Bulgaria-Тurkey IPA Cross-border Programme:
The Managing Authority updated the Project Implementation Manual, version 2.1 April 2012. The changes concern mainly heading "Sub-contracting" (with the reference to the changes of PRAG from January 2012), as well as the addition to the Manual with the Procedure for derogation to the rule of origin of supplies. All annexes to the Manual remain unchanged.

Updated Examples of Tender Dossiers under PRAG

The Managing Authority has prepared examples dossier for public procurements under PRAG, based on the new templates for this type of procurement procedures under PRAG (standard tender dossier), in order to help the beneficiaries in preparation of the public procurement procedures for their projects.
The beneficiaries should organize the appropriate types of procurement procedures according to the specifics of the projects and, consequently, this dossier could be expanded and/or modified.
