Dear Project Beneficiaries,

As far as it is understood from your questions and feedbacks in the recent days, a training was organised within a project implemented by Governorship of Kırklareli, supported by Trakya Development Agency concerning PRAG Procurement Procedures for the actors in the region.

As you know, implementation of tender procedures under Bulgaria – Turkey IPA CBC Programme is done according to PRAG rules, however, in implementation, the Programme has certain differences compared to other grant programmes.

Therefore, although you may take into consideration the instructions provided during the training last week for your projects implemented within other programmes, you must only consider the instructions of Managing Authority of the Programme Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, National Authority of the Programme Turkish Ministry for European Union Affairs, Programme’s Joint Technical Secretariat Office in Haskovo and JTS Antenna Office in Edirne, concerning implementation of your projects within Bulgaria – Turkey IPA CBC Programme. We would like to emphasize the importance of firstly informing the JTS Antenna Office in Edirne via electronic mail to jtsedirne@ab.gov.tr in case of inquiries. The Programme Implementation Manual (PIM) must be your main reference document. In addition, it is of importance that you follow the web pages of of the Programme and that of the Ministry for the European Union Affairs.
