MA has prepared example dossiers for Supply and Services  Competitive negotiated procedures.
Additionally, MA has developed two examples of Terms of reference for the most frequently used services, namely: Terms of reference for event organization and Terms of reference for construction supervision.
The dossiers have been prepared on the basis of the templates for these types of procurement procedures under PRAG (simplified tender dossier), in order to help the beneficiaries in preparation of the public procurement procedures according to their project needs.
The beneficiaries should organize the appropriate types of procurement procedures according to the specifics of the projects (types A2 and B2 according to the approved public procurement plans), and consequently these dossiers could be expanded and/or modified.
