130 potential applicants attended to the “Info Days” under the 2nd Call for proposals in Bulgaria
The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of the Bulgaria - Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme in cooperation with the Managing Authority have organized two “Info Days” in Bulgaria which were held in Haskovo on 4th of October, 2011 and in Burgas on 6th of October, 2011 for potential applicants under the Second Call for proposals.

Changes in Annex 5 from PIM - “Request for FLC”
As of October 3, 2011 MA has changed Annex 5 from PIM, “Request for FLC” in order to synchronize the documents in the Programme manuals.
The change is related to an additional requirement to submit information for the forecasted amount of the expenditures for the reporting period, subject of the FLC, per partners (page 1).
The beneficiaries have to use the revised version of the Annex (version 1.1/October, 2011).
