On June 23, 2015 a meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of Bulgaria - Turkey Cross-border cooperation Programme will take place in Martinez Apart Hotel Conference Room, "Republikanska" 39 str., 8130, Sozopol, Bulgaria.

The Programme is co-financed by the European Union through the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance. The Joint Monitoring Committee comprises of representatives of the central governmental administrations of the two countries, the regional administrations of the border region and non-governmental organizations. The JMC members will discuss the Annual Implementation Report for 2014 and other issues concerning implementation of the Programme. Before the start of the meeting, a contract award ceremony will be held for the 6 projects that have newly been approved. Both Bulgarian and Turkish beneficiaries of these projects will receive their contracts from the programme representatives during this ceremony.
