The assessment of the received project proposals under the Second Call for project proposals of Bulgaria - Turkey IPA CBC Programme has started on the 30th of January, 2012 in the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS)-Haskovo.
 
The Assessment Working Group (AWG) consisting of representatives of the Managing Authority (MRDPW), National Authority (MEU) and the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS), has opened 141 project proposals received within the deadline.
 
After the administrative compliance and eligibility checks, only proposals that satisfy all the criteria set up in the Applicant's Guide will be evaluated on technical and quality evaluation stage
