The deadline for submission of project proposals under the Second Call for Proposals under the Bulgaria - Turkey IPA Cross- border Programme is extended until January 16, 2012, 17:30.

Managing Authority has published the "Procedure for Approval of Derogation to the Rule of Origin" together with the form for request of derogation, check list of derogation and decision for approval of derogation.

Due to the huge demand from the participants of the Info Days & Partnership Forum under the Second Call for Proposals under Bulgaria-Turkey IPA CBC Programme, Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) has prepared a "List of organizations interested in the Second Call for Proposals". The information in the list is approved by the organizations and JTS could not take responsibility for the information shared.

Dear Beneficiaries, in the attachment below you will find an updated Project Progress Report /Annex 4/. The changes affect Part 2.2 “Public Procurement Procedures” , in which you should include all procedures performed, not just over 10,000 Euro and the part financial report, which is common for all partners and where you must indicate project expenditures without VAT for all partners, as well as eligible VAT into the new added lines for filling in the VAT. Please note that the new template must be considered for preparation of the PPRs for the reporting periods after the first trimester.

The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of the Bulgaria - Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme in cooperation with the National Authority have organized an “Info Day” under the Second Call on 11^th of October, 2011 in Culture Center of Kirklareli University in Kirklareli, Turkey.
On 13^th October, 2011, following an Info Day in Kirklareli, a Partnership Forum under the Second Call was held in Balkan Congress Center of Trakya Universiy in Edirne where more than 200 potential applicants have met all together with representatives from the Programme authorities as well as other economic, social and environmental partners from the both border regions.
