INFO DAYS & PARNERSHIP FORUM

for the 2nd Call for Proposals

Info Days and a Partnership Forum will be organized for the second Call for Proposals under the Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-Border Programme. Info Days will take place at the date of 04.10.2011 in Haskovo (Bulgaria); at 06.10.2011 in Bourgas (Bulgaria); and at the date of 11.10.2011 in Kirklareli (Turkey) in three different sessions in their native languages. Partnership Forum will take place in Edirne (Turkey) at the date of 13.10.2011 and simultaneous translation will be provided in two of the Programme’s languages.

Info Days are focused on the second Call under the programme, in particular, and on the basic principals of project preparation under IPA Cross-Border Programmes. The content of the Info Days reflected the structure of the Guidelines for applicants under second Call for Proposals under Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-Border Programme and focus on the main points in the application pack.

The aim of the Partnership Forum is to bring all potential applicants from both sides of the cross-border region together in order to facilitate the partnering process within their project proposals, and give them opportunity to meet with representatives from the Programme authorities as well as other economic, social and environmental partners of both states.

Info Days are open for representatives/experts of the organizations from the cross-border area while Partnership Forum will be open only for the representatives with the executive profiles. Those who are willing to participate to Info Days and/or Partnership Forum should fill in an individual registration form(97 KB) (annexed to this invitation) and send it to the following e-mails:
