A civil engineer or an architect will be assigned to the Joint Technical Secretariat Antenna Office in Edirne that was founded within the scope of Bulgaria - Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme.
The civil engineer / architect shall be employed on the basis of a contract with the NA under the terms of Turkish legislation. The person to be employed will have to work in close co-operation with and supervised by the Head of JTS, the National Authority and the Managing Authority according to the job description given below. The competitive salary is foreseen to be 2250 Euros, however net salary will determined after subtracting taxes and other possible deductions from this amount.
