National Authority (NA) announced that the per-diems for the beneficiaries implementing projects under Bulgaria-Turkey IPA CBC Programme shall not be paid on overnight bases. The per-diems shall be paid according to the number of days of travel as it is foreseen in the Turkish National Legislation.
