Managing Authority (MA) has published "Methodology of Programme Output and Result Indicators Assessment" document for the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-Border Programme (CCI Number:2007CB16IPO008). This document treats the indicators on vertical level and also assists the potential applicants in drafting of their applications.
