In order to ensure a coherent project implementation, Managing Authority (MA) of the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA CBC Programme kindly reminds Lead Partners (LPs) under the First Call to take notice of the concerned bodies regarding the following rules set in the Project Implementation Manual (PIM):

• The “Project Progress Report” (PPR) has to be submitted by LP to the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) within maximum 20 days after the end date of the respective reporting period (quarterly basis).
• The “Request for First Level Control” (RFLC), has to be submitted by LP to the Managing Authority (MA), within maximum 5 days from the end date of each reporting period (quarterly basis).
