A public participation meeting will take place in Edirne RYS Hotel on 8 January 2015 for the Strategic Environmental Assessment that is conducted within the context of preparations for the 2014-2020 period of Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Crossborder Programme.

All stakeholders including potential project beneficiaries, environmental bodies and related civil society organizations are invited to this meeting. For the registration, please send an e-mail to jtsedirne@ab.gov.tr including your name, profession, and name of the institution you work for if there is one until 5 January 2015.

In addition, you can submit your comments and opinions on the Strategic Environmental Assessment to the same e-mail address between 18 December 2014 – 18 January 2015, having in mind the Draft Programme Document and the Scooping Report which will be the main basis for the assessment.
