PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST “SHARING BORDERS, GROWING CLOSER”
for
the Projects under the First Call
The photography contest “Sharing Borders, Growing Closer” under the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme is organised by the Joint Technical Secretariat as a part of joint event series supervised by INTERACT under different ETC, IPA-CBC and ENPI-CBC programmes within the European Cooperation Day (ECD) concept. The goal of ECD is to improve the visibility of European Territorial Cooperation, to disseminate its outcomes and to show how it has impacted the quality of life for the populations it serves.
The Contest is open for the project staff under the projects of the First Call for Proposals as well as the amateur/professional photographers from the cross-border region. Only the photographs displaying the activities/ outputs/results of the Projects funded under the First Call for Proposals under the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme are eligible. The entry should be coordinated with its photographer under a certain project and should not exceed maximum 5 photographs per project.
All the project partners under the First Call for proposals together with the photographer (the sole author and owner of the copyright) are encouraged to enter into the contest. Those who are willing to participate should read the specification carefully and fill in the application form (both annexed below) and submit their photographs to the Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme.
