The foundation aims at enabling authorities’ transparency through the formulation, support and monitoring of public regulations that stipulate full transparency in the decision making process at all administrative levels; fostering civic participation on the basis of the effective practice of EU values and standards; enhancing dialogue and cooperation among citizens, authorities and business entities in resolving socially significant problems – e.g. education, local governance and democracy.
