Description: |
The project’s strategy follows a ‘classic’ intervention model: study [target groups’ needs] - set-up [support services addressing identified needs]- implement [the support activities] - disseminate [project’s results]. The project begins with a in-depth study of the needs and constraints of the local enterprises in both project areas, stemming from the membership/accession to the EU. The results of the survey are used to set-up a joint Consultancy Business Centres (CBCs) in both municipalities, and structure their consultancy services. The CBCs deliver professional consultancy and entrepreneurial trainings to local SMEs, as well as investment promotion services to investors, through permanently hired expert staff. Bilateral business forums are being held, encompassing trade fair, business match-making and investment promotion components, to further enrich the business cooperation. The business forums and a closing press-conference are to publicize the project’s results. |
