Common goal: to increase the capacity of both societies and organizations from the cross-border region in the process of European integration, implementation of European policies and participation in European programs by using the experience and best practices from Bulgaria.
Specific objectives:
• To increase public awareness of the EU policies.
• To increase the capacity of the NGO sector to participate in EU programs and to build civil society through the Bulgarian experience
• To prepare SMEs for the upcoming competition in the process of EU accession in the European market with the help of Bulgarian expertise
• To upgrade the local government capacity to participate in pre-accession processes by the experience of the Bulgarian participation in local government in European funding programs. • To create conditions for building of partnerships, networks, joint ventures, joint initiatives and joint projects.
•To support stakeholders in the development, management, monitoring and reporting of projects, both joint and independent by using the experience and knowledge of Bulgarian experts.
