The Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with GD “Territorial Cooperation Management”, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Republic of Bulgaria (Managing Authority) and Ministry for EU Affairs, Financial Cooperation Directorate, Republic of Turkey (National Authority) organizes Official ceremony for award of subsidy contracts and Training session "Project implementation" for successful beneficiaries under the 2nd Call for project proposals in the framework of IPA Cross-border Programme CCI Number 2007CB16IPO008.
The Official Ceremony for award of subsidy contracts will take place in “Maritza Hall” - Haskovo Regional Administration (Svoboda Square № 5 Haskovo- Bulgaria) on 14 December 2012 at 10.30 a.m. Legal representatives of all lead partners are invited to attend the ceremony.
At the date of 14 December 2012 at 12.00 a.m. in Haskovo (Bulgaria), Maritza Hall- Haskovo Regional Administration (Svoboda Square, No:5) Training seminar for successful applicants under the Second Call for project proposals under the Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-Border Programme will be organized.
This seminar is focused on the project implementation under the programme, in particular, and on the basic principals of project implementation under IPA Cross-Border Programmes. The content of the seminar reflects the structure of the Project Implementation Manual for beneficiaries under Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-Border Programme and follows the main points in the project implementation cycle.
Training sessions are open for all the Bulgarian partners’ representatives – max 2 experts from their project teams. Those who are willing to participate in the seminar should fill in an individual registration form (annexed to this invitation) and send it to the following e-mails:
