According to the Guidance for Applicants, page 36 "A copy of cover page of the application form must also be attached to the front side of the envelope for identification. This should show: The Project Title, The name of the Lead Partner, The Priority Axis and the Measure”.

Be aware that in the electronic version of the Application Form an option for writing the Priority Axis and the Measure in the COVER PAGE is not foreseen.

 Absence of the names of the Priority Axis and the Measure on the front side of the envelopes in which the applications must be submitted will NOT be regarded as an omission and will not be a Reason for rejection on the administrative stage of assessment. However, the Priority Axis and the Measure can be handwritten (in English).
