The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Bulgaria - Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme organizes an “Open days” for individual consultations in the JTS Haskovo, which will be held on 15th September 2011 from 09:30 am to 5:30 pm at the JTS office in Haskovo, Bulgaria.

The subject of the consultations will be discussion of the issues concerning sub-tendering procedures under PRAG rules and project progress reporting issues with experts from Managing Authority and JTS. 

The consultations are opened for experts with respective duties from the project team LP / PP2, which have to launch sub-tendering procedures in the frame of the first and second trimester form the project implementation.

We strongly recommend preparing prior the meetings of the specific and particular to your project questions within the above-mentioned topics.

If you intend representatives under your project to participate at the “Open day” in JTS, please confirm the participation of experts from the team of LP and/or PP(s) trough filling in “Registration Form” (herewith enclosed and also available at http://www.ipacbc-bgtr.eu/eng), and sending it to us via e-mail (ki.stankov@gmail.com and turkanfirinci@gmail.com) or fax (+359 38 663 888). 

Please be aware that the deadline for registration is 13.09.2011, 15:00h. local time. The consultations will be organized accordingly to the order of registrations.

Please be informed, at the “Forum” menu on the Programme website (http://www.ipacbc-bgtr.eu/eng/pages/forum) a new section “Implementation” with main topics concerns IPA projects implementation is already operational. Please do not hesitate to take advantage of addressing speedily your question to the JTS officers.
