To the attention of the Beneficiaries with subsidy contracts under the Second Call for Proposal under Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme. The Managing Authority updated the Project Implementation Manual (PIM), version 2 from February 2013. Тhe changes concern mainly heading "Sub-contracting" (with the reference to the changes of PRAG from January 2013).

Two of the annexes to the Manual have been changed – Annex 7 – Request for payment and Annex 3 – Project Procurement Plan
