Having in mind the process of reporting and reimbursement of the expenditures on the projects financed under the 1st Call for proposals, the Managing Authority (MA) of the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA CBC Programme have issued “Instruction for Beneficiaries” for interpretation of art.5, paragraph 1) of the subsidy contract, on the date of 30 July 2012, by the approval of the JMC members under the Programme.
