Managing Authority (MA) has published "Project Implementation Manual" (PIM) for implementation of the projects financed under the 2nd call for proposals of the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme.
The purpose of the PIM is to provide detailed guidance for Lead Partners (and project partners) of the approved projects in the implementation phase from contracting to the project closure including reporting obligations, payment and other programme-related requirements set in the Subsidy Contract. For the contracts under the first Call for Proposals the PIM version from April 2012 is still applicable.
