General objective of the project is to achieve balanced sustainable development build upon the key strengths of the Bulgaria-Turkey cross-border co-operation area in contribution to stronger European co-operation and integrity. Specific objectives are to build a capacity for sustainable use of natural resources, cultural and historical heritage, to increase target groups’ awareness about archaeological and cultural works and lead permanent cultural cooperation. In order to reach the objectives project focus on: needs of using natural resources and cultural/historical heritages on both sides. Aims are to create collective information pool of heritages, train volunteer culture and tourism messengers, provide cultural and territorial integration, and encouraging cross-border cultural mobility. |
