Directorate General “Territorial cooperation management” at the Ministry of regional development and public works in its capacity of Managing Authority for Bulgaria - Turkey IPA CBC Programme opens a tender procedure for “Development of MIS module for Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme” under Practical Guide to Contract procedures for EU external actions (PRAG).
