The Joint Technical Secretariat in cooperation with GD “Territorial Cooperation Management”, Ministry of Regional Development, Republic of Bulgaria (Managing Authority) organizes Training seminar "Project implementation" for successful beneficiaries under the 2nd Call for project proposals in the framework of IPA Cross-border Programme.
The Training seminar for Bulgarian beneficiaries will take place on 16 October 2013 at 10.00 a.m. in Haskovo (Bulgaria), Maritza Hall - Haskovo Regional Administration (Svoboda Square, No: 5). This seminar is focused on the project implementation under the programme, in particular, and on the basic principles of project implementation under IPA Cross-Border Programmes. The content of the seminar reflects the structure of the Project Implementation Manual for beneficiaries under Bulgaria – Turkey IPA Cross-Border Programme and follows the main points in the project implementation cycle.

The training seminar is open for representatives of all partners from Bulgaria – Project manager and Project Financial Expert (max 2 persons per project partner). The training will be in Bulgarian language.
