Based on an analysis, the youth of the target region needs to utilize their potential and the region needs the coherent outcomes of their potential. Thus, the project provides needed guidance to the young people on realizing what they are capable of doing together and how to do it. First of all they meet (with their teachers as coaches) in an environment to reveal similarities and common aspects; they discover common problems and need to develop common solutions to these problems and discuss on possible methods of dealing with them. As a second step, they learn how to convert their ideas into projects and the opportunities to implement them (by trainings on Project Cycle Management and informative seminars on EU programmes such as Youth in Action, Life Long Learning, and etc). This process is being supported by preparation of an example joint action plan (on a common environmental issue) and by a website/forum to maintain established contacts for further projects. |
