We are going to be developing the project but we need a partner from Turkey. Here is short information about the project:
1. Objectives:
- To promote partnership between nongovernmental associations in the border regions for implementation of joint programs and more quality servicing of the target groups;
-To co-operate for improving the quality of life of the people from the border districts.
2. Target groups: NGOs from Bulgaria and Turkey /associations, foundations/ - about 30 organizations.

Association “CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SOCIAL INITIATIVES” /CEPSI/ has been founded in 1995 as a volunteer association of psychologists, pedagogues, lawyers, doctors and other specialists, working mainly for the individual’s development of young people. During these 17 years of active work we managed to fulfill more than 40 projects in social and educational sphere.
