- Establishment of project Team and project preliminary preparations,

- Project team meeting,
- Press conference introduction of the project to the puplic,
- Preparation of the Presentation Documents of the Project Formation of SME Application Forms,
- Determination of the Subjects and Contents to be published on the web site,
- Website design,
- Supervision of the Seminar Places, Obtainment of the Equipments, and Establishment of Seminar Program,
- Preparation of SME Catalogue and Trade Guide,
- Press Conference,
- Preparation of Project Result Report.
